Krugougo app does not collect or distribute any user data. It doesn't store any data on your device either, except logging which game levels you have already accomplished, so you can see them marked on level choice page.
Only app permissions it requires are "view network connections" and "full network access", which are defaults of Cordova.js Javascript platform with which it has been built. But technically it is offline app and once installed it doesn't even require an Internet connection to be used.
